I know what it is like to study and live in a new culture. I am the person to talk to if you have any questions about University of Guelph student resources, budgets and finances, UHIP, upcoming workshops and events, and how to connect with other international students. If you need advice on transitioning to the University of Guelph and Canada, or want to talk about any other issues or concerns you may face, please drop in to say hello – I look forward to meeting you!
International Student Advising
International Student Advisor
Hello! My name is Megan Sager. I grew up in the Midwestern U.S. and have lived in three states and four countries (U.S., China, South Korea, and Canada)! Before coming to Guelph, I taught English abroad and worked as a program counsellor for business students and international students studying in Minnesota and Washington. I originally came to the University of Guelph in the summer of 2012 as an intern with the Office of Intercultural Affairs (OIA) as part of my graduate program, and I returned in November, 2013 as the International Student Advisor.
