Establishing an Aboriginal Gateway into Learning and Education (EAGLE) was designed to offer Aboriginal students in grade 7 and 8 the opportunity to explore the diverse possibilities offered by a post-secondary education. Participants experience three days in the life of a university student; they have the opportunity to see what it’s like to live in residence on campus, learn about university life and explore university learning. During the program, participants will attend an array of hands-on workshops, learn about the many resources available to them, and take part in recreational activities.
The EAGLE program was designed with the community to be culturally relevant and fit with the curriculum.

At the end of each program we seek feedback from our participants.  If you haven't already told us about your experience, please send us an email.  Here are some of the comments we've received in the past.

If you would like to pay tribute to Mr. Robert Whitelaw with a gift to the EAGLE Program please note that there are a number of ways.
