Frequently Asked Questions
Featured listings are ones that have been chosen to be highlighted and represent only a select few of the hundreds of currently published listings.
A featured listings must have a photograph as we have generally found that listings with photographs generate much more interest from potential tenants.
In addition, only one listing per landlord can be featured at any given time.
Featured listings are automatically given a priority number based on the date that they were published. This determines the order in which they appear on the home page (newest listings first). Priority numbers can only be refreshed once every seven days.
Click on the "search listings" button just below the blue Student Life Banner. You can then enter the criteria that are relevant to you, then click on the "search" button.
You do not need to complete all of the fields, only the ones that are of interest. In addition, once you have searched, you can always refine your search by clicking on "edit search".
You can also search for key words, such as "gay friendly" by typing the words into the "keyword search" field in the green sidebar.
