I will be providing at least one couch but probably two, a 47" flatscreen television, a PS3, an Xbox 360, and some basic kitchenware. We can decide upon an internet plan and/or cable as well. You will have to provide a desk for your room, though I'm quite happy to help you move your furniture if/when that occurs!
This is a high-end apartment. Therefore, the building's management will need to screen you for their own application process.
