Welcome
A co-curricular transcript is an official record of an eligible student’s involvement in verified student activities that have occurred outside the classroom. The University of Guelph’s Co-Curricular Transcript (CCT) is symbolic of the Institution’s commitment to the education of the whole student, and the value placed upon the learning and development that occurs when students are engaged in co-curricular activities. It is also designed to officially recognize the many contributions made by students toward the betterment of campus life.
2010-2011 marked the pilot year of the University’s Co-curricular Transcript. During its inaugural year, a limited number of co-curricular activities (as noted in the sidebar) were eligible for validation. The Co-curricular Transcript Advisory Group (CTAG) regularly reviews proposals for new activities to include. Students or staff who would like to propose a co-curricular activity for consideration by CTAG can complete an on-line proposal form which is now available under Propose Activity.
Please refer to the menu in the sidebar for further details. To begin the validation process, simply select the 'Request Validation' menu item, login using your University of Guelph username and password, and follow the instructions provided. If you have any difficulties, and cannot find the answers you need on the 'More Information' page, please contact us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
